Hi Friends,
I have developed J2ME application and generated the .cod files from jad and jar . After installing the apps,when i enter login information(username & password).It accesses the http url and after authentication ,it is redirected to another URL which is on the same server.The problem http redirect is not happening here.wht is the problem?????

The problem is that if you are using WAP or Direct TCP connection, you will have to perform the redirect in your code by detecting the redirect response code and going to the redirect URL provided in the HTTP "Location" header.

problem solved...after setting APN settings,i added deviceside=true to the URL...it worked..
