Every time i plug my Torch in the Blackberry Desktop Software connect perfectly but then it brings up this annoying 'Blackberry User Tools' application that is completely useless. all it does is make me agree to user terms, select my language and then proceeds to tell me about how i should download the Desktop Software (obviously already installed). This is bloatware that came on a mini CD with my new Torch. I've look for solutions in the forum but it is difficult to search for. Cant find any setting to turn this off and cannot find the software loaded on my PC else I'd delete it. Has this happened to anyone else? how did you stop it?

Per the conversation I had with AT&T today, RIM is making a new desktop manager software as we speak for the 9800.

I didn't load the minidisc on to my computer but used the old version of desktop manager for my 9000 to transfer everything over.

I dont think I had any problems migrating anything over?
