Is there a way to lock the touch screen while on a call? My cheek keeps adding participants while I'm on a call.

From all my searching, there is nothing in the OS that allows this, but there are a few in appworld but they are not free.

Take a look at PatternLock ...... Its not free, but should fill your needs.

The proximity sensor might be fubar or foiled by a cheesy screen protector or case.
