My Bold used to, through Blackberry Desktop, nicely back up and update the iCal and Address book on my Mac. I switched to a Q10 a few days ago and it backs up to Blackberry Link. The problem is that, although documents and photos do back up, my contacts and calendar do not back up or update. Nice phone but I need the security of being able to back up those crucial sets of data. What am I doing wrong? Thanks CM

I highly recommend syncing them with an online service.

Thank you dc/dc. I guess that this mean that Blackberry have determined that backing up contacts and calendar through their software is no longer important, in their view, to their customers.

I suggest using Outlook.com.
