I bought a 8700 yesterday and called my IT to give me my enterprise setup info. I received it and try it several times it went to activation mode but hung up for 20 minutes or so. I took the 8700 back and got a 7130c and like it much better especailly the call quality. But I still need to activate my enterprise to get my email and it will expire tomorrow. I looked on the home screen and went to options and advanced options and ther is no enterprise activation setup. Can anyone help me?????????? Also why does my edge indicator go from lower case to upper case????????????

log into your work machine and put Desktop Manage on it if you have not done so already. Once it detects your Blackberry and you choose which Outlook profile to use, the Activation will start automatically via the cable.
My work station was giving a me installation error so I couldnt install it. I guess am asking is why would the enterprise activation folder be removed?
