I have a user who's voicemail time is off. When she gets a new voicemail, the recording says 2:00 when it was really 1:00. This is not a huge deal, but it's an issue for her. I assume there is nothing to change on the device. Anyone suggest anything?

Need to call the provider about that. The voice mail is on the network, not the BB
