Default best place to buy an 8700

im new to blackberries, etc. and i want to know if it's best to buy the 8700 at the cingular store or at an authorized dealer or online? wirefly, etc.? this will be my first bb device so any help would be appreciated. thanks!

Depending on your location..........But finding online to buying from a retailer like compusa, etc......But I just got mine there for a good price.

If you go down the eBay path do your homework! 1. If stated as unlocked, get proof as many have been burned. 2. Ask if the unit was connected to BES and does it have any IT Policy's on it (very important) if so stay away. 3. Be certain the previous user has had the PIN and IMEI or ESN de-activated from their account by their carrier.

Check amazon.com....they had a really good deal on my 8700g for t-mo...I ended up actually making $125. However, there is one downside, you have wait approximately 6 months to get the rebates per amazon.com's new rules.

If you don't mind signing a yearly contract with a new provider the best place would definitely be an online place like Amazon.
