Default Mute(feature?) problem when 2 peole are talking...HELP!

Please Login to Remove!

Is anyone else haveing this problem? The person talking to me will sound fine on the phone, but when I begin talking at the same time they are talking it cuts thier voice off(or mutes) makeing them sound choppy and I can't understand what they completely say. When they start talking again the begining of what they say gets cut off because there is a slight delay when the mute is takeing off. And then sometimes this mute fetaure(if that what it is) doesn't even work properly and both voices get distorted. And other times the mute feature seems to cut in by itself chopping the other voice up. This is the second BB 8100 I have had with this problem, so I know it's not a defective phone. I am useing Tmobile and there advanced support tech won't help me because this is my only phone line and they will only help me if I can call on another phone.

HELP!!! Is this a known problem? Does anyone else have this problem? Is there a feature where only one voice is allowed one at a time? Can it be disabeled? This problem seems to be worse at times and then less worse at other times....so would this be a network issue?

Well in my experience of phone conversations.......one is to listen while the other talks and vice versa. But on a serious note......how is your connection when on those calls?

Ok, I know what your thinking...and yes, two people don't talk at the same time. But with this annoying mute feature, or mute problem....what ever it is... one person has to stop talking and there has to be a silence before the other one starts talking or for mute feature not to work. And like I said, the mute feature takes itself off mute to late when someone starts talking cutting off the first part of thier word. In addition, this wierd mute problem does not always even do a successfull mute, instead it will make distort the voices. And there are times when it is worse than others so that makes me wonder if it is a network problem. The signal is a good signal at 4 bar.
