I have a JVM Error on my 7520 and its annoying as hell.. Keeps shutting off to a blank screen that says reset when im moving thru the icons. How do I do erase or uninstall the OS software and reinstall it over again? The phone is brand new so there is nothing to save in it.

That is an OS error. Reload. Check the FAQ and stickies for instructions on how to do this.
