Default 8300 : Recurrent Alarm Capability?

Please Login to Remove!

I am expecting my very first BlackBerry today in the form of the 8300. So...for the first time in years...I am a newbie again!! LOL

Please be patient with me. I will probably have tons of questions...but I do know how to use "SEARCH" before I ask...ok?

First question: Is it possible to set recurrent alarms on the BlackBerry? Like two wake up alarms for each morning...to go off each morning...without me having to reset the alarm each night before I go to bed?

That was a huge bonus with the Sony Ericsson phones I use for so long. I hope it is one with the BlackBerry as well...

Thanks!!

Yes, without a doubt the calendar has this funtion. BUT only one alarm in the Alarm clock. You can use the calender funtion with a daily repete, yep even on the weekends!

It seem my cat, "Wigger", and your cat are twins. With all the pictures you could use for a avatar, you pick mine?

LOL...I'm so busted. Sorry dude...I must admit, that before I came to the Blackberry side...I pilfered your avatar for another forum. It was the coolest I had seen...

I apologize...and will rectify the situation.

Cool?

Edit: Hey, Greg...is the new one better? LOL

Not a problem. In fact I talked over with Wigger and he is flattered!

Yes, I like the 8300 very much but have had little time to play with it. Work keeps getting in the way of what I want to do!
