I've just upgraded to Leopard and purchased a Blackberry at the same time. I used PocketMac to sync and found that it duplicated a lot of information when I synched my Power Book to my BB. In fact, I have several instances where I have a person's name and info listed four times!

I'd like to take all the info off my BB and start again with MissingSync. Can anyone tell me how I can purge the date from my BB?

The manual that came with PocketMac mentioned Data Purge and Sync Clean, but does not mention where to get them.

Settings - Options - Security - General settings then click on button to the left of pearl to bring up menu and select wipe handheld.

Warning, all data will be removed

welcome to the forums . If you want to start fresh from your blackberry, go to options-> security options -> general settings -> press the menu key and select wipe handheld. This will erase all data on the device.
