Hi all,

We have this executive who complains that occasionally all his unread emails 300+ delete themselves from the device. It does not sync back to Outlook and we have swapped devices. I cannot get to the bottom of this, as he seems to be the only user out of 700 this happens to.
Ive checked the usual stuff lik user error etc but cant get to a cause? any idea would be greatly appreciated.

I have just remotley checked the memory levels are he has 6mb remaining. Its a 8320 so should have bags of it! Could this low level of memory be causing this wiping?

Yes, I believe bellow 12mb some units (pearl) start to see at the possibility to delete some stuff

But as long as it works fine with lower go for it

Starting to make sense now, but the only niggle this exec is going to come back at me with is why has it deleted unread emails that were less than a day old? I can understand it deletingg all the old dross, but why all the new unread stuff?
