Ok after racking my brains and everyone else’s in the companies IT dept we have come to a brick wall.

User has a 8100 and is trying to sync outlook tasks, when he creates a task on either it replicates fine on the other but if he goes in afterwards to edit the body text then saves and closes it will delete all of the text in the body. We have exhausted every avenue


-new firmware
-different BB
-deletion and creation of new BEZ account
-reinstalled outlook
-checked all PIM sync settings

this is only specific to this user all others are fine !!!!

I'm sure I've seen someone post the same problem here before, but I can't recall the solution (if any). A search might prove more enlightening.
