Default BES Service Packs

Please Login to Remove!

I have a BES 4.1 installation and need to determine if SP2 has been installed. The version reported is 4.1.3.18.

Does anyone know how to determine if SP is installed?

The third digit in the version number is the SP version.

You have SP3

4.1.3 = 4.1 Service Pack 3

I wish RIM has a matrix of all patches and service packs but they don't.

4.1.2 = 4.1 Service Pack 2 and so on ...

also If you:

go to Add/Remove Programs
Click on BlackBerry Enterprise Server
Then Click Support Information

The Bundle number can be used to determine the hotfix level also. Not the nicest way, but works.

Actually this will now nicely list the MR version applied.

ex: 4.1.4 MR2 (bundle whatever)
