Hi
I have rebooted by Pearl by removing the battery. It boots up but when I am prompted to enter my PIN number the keyboard is locked and the padlock symbol is shown in the botton right hand corner of the screen. Hence I can not put in my PIN and can not proceed.
Apologies if this is an elementary question. I have left what instruction manuals that I have in the office
