Blackberry/Plantronics HS-655+ works great if you turn off noise cancellation... main thing for me is it works flawlessly with UMA.

I had Motorola headset for my 8100 until my fiance threw it away by accident. I didn't lose to much sleep over it. Most of the time it worked ok, but I'd have occasional problems. I think I'll be getting a Jawbone. I've heard a lot of good things.

Blueant z9i is blowing jawbone out of the water, after researching the top 2 devices jaebone and blueant z9i, i went w the z9i, all i can say its amazing. i had a conversation in my car w the window open and person i was talking to did not even realize i was driving. also had to be reminded by someone that it was in my ear before i jumped in the pool. its that comfortable.
