Can I use Bluetooth on my PBook to sync the Address Book and the contacts on my BB 8130?
I sent an email with a .vcf file attached to my BB and the attachment didn't show up so I assume this is not an option.

I don't believe bluetooth syncing is an option on the Mac, either via PocketMac or Missing Sync. Those are your two options.
