hi, i am new to the forums and i have a problem with bb messenger. my wife and i have 8310 bbs i try to add her in my messenger contacts it says an invitation has been sent and she shows up as pending. she never receives my invitation and vice versa with me. any suggestions? thanks.

What may help is to make sure her PIN and your PIN are in each other's contact books.

You can find your pin, by going going to options status or simply type mypin on a blank screen

The prime question.. do you have a data plan? If either of you do not have a data plan it would not work.

yes, we both have data plans. i might try what the previous post said, see if our pins is in the contacts. thanks.

Yea I had the same problem. The pin in each other contacts work for me. But u may need to try twice its been a hit and miss thing wit me but adding her pin to your contact will work
