When I sync I get a Red X but it is not in English and my time changes on my B.B. 8703e. I am Running a Vista 64 bit system. Any help on the language barrier everything seems to be set to English.

You're in the USA. We speak English in this country. What do you want?

You may accidentally change the language to Spanish or something else. To switch back to English, you should go to Options->Language
