I have been reading a lot of posts about the problems with the 8320 curve and how it randomly shuts down. I was just wondering, would these problems persist if I do not use the phone for internet services or download any applications?

Recently the cost of internet service is killing me and I decided to cut it. Do you think my curve will work without any problems or glitches if I use it simply for calling and messaging?
