i've updated my email password on my webserver and need to do the same on my bb, but can't figure it out.

can smeone help me out? thanks.

i should have aid, this isn't an excahnge server, this is my own email account.

Go to the email settings icon, enter your password and this will allow you to edit email settings.

i tried that. my bb won't accept my new password (or old one either). microsoft outlook accepted the new one first go.

I'm sorry, I know nothing about exchange server. Does anyone else out there know how to help loki61 out here?

This isn't an Exchange account, he stated so above.

Try logging into your BIS account and changing the password there.

i had to call vodafone españa (which i hate doing cause you lose a half hour of your life) and they changed it for me. couldn't/wouldn't tell me why i couldn't do it myself.

not happy handing over my PW to a stranger. hopefully he won't have the nouse to abuse it.
