Question Sony Ericsson P910a, Tmobile, and BB software

Please Login to Remove!

Hello everyone, newbie here. I recently added the blackberry connect software on my Sony P910a. My carrier is T-mobile in which I added all 5 of my email accounts on their blackberry website. I requested to send the service books to my handheld but for some reason I am only receiving 2 out of the 5 service books, no matter what i do. Is there something I am doing wrong?

Have you asked TMO to add blackberry services to your account? They are separate and additional from your cellular rate plan. Unless TMO shows you with a BB plan, the network won't send you the other service books.

I am currently on the T-Mobile USA blackberry plan and they tried a few times to send me all of my service books. They have no idea what's going on, including the rep from RIM itself.

Only BES service will work on T-Mobile using BB connect on your P910 at this time. Ever since they upgraded their system back in Sept if you request Service Books you will get errors when trying to register your phone with their servers. I hope they will fix this issue with next release. Do search on Howard Forums for more details.
