compromised blackberry, extreme problems

I have wiped multiple times, reset all passwords, denied all access in permissions/modules, erased MMS, Docs to Go, I pull my battery daily, tried the jl_cmder file, changed phone numbers, and purchased new phones in attempt to regain both my privacy and sanity.
No luck. Even after all of these activities, I still get the Enterprise Configuration, Organize Call Logs messages when I turn my phone on. I see the different sets of arrows & the screen dims plenty. I never had BES on my account, I never gave anyone permission to do this. I should have never plugged in.
I know who it is too. These people are very high level wireless network professionals & unfortunately, I am not in a position to get away because this is work related. My career depends on this as I work online. The Internet is global so there is no running away from this.
Here's the good part: I've sent close to 5,000 SMS texts to myself since I found out they were accessing my phone & email accounts. They've been trying to get me to quit for well over a year now because I know the truth & decided to fight back by texting myself. It is a love hate relationship.
I really enjoy what I do but the access, the harassment, the retaliation, and the ongoing pressure is really wearing on me. I also know IT professionals do this in thousands of companies, so please don't bother replying with notes that this isn't happening because it is. I don't care about the government hacking into my account because they don't pay my bills. My employer is a different story.
It has been a crazy ride & my life continues to gets worse every day. I am afraid to go online for anything other than work related activities plus I obviously can't use my phone. My health is deteriorating quickly plus this is documented in my medical file. Yes the people I'm up against will see this message.
I would rather not seek legal action against this group of people & want to try all avenues before I turn this over to the authorities. Does anybody have any suggestions?

I suggest you stop listening to the voices in your head and get help.
You've posted multiple times about this on this forum and everyone has told you the same thing every time. You are simply looking for someone to give you an answer that you are not going to get.

OP, you could install this spyware detection app called Kisses.
http://www.blackberryforums.com/afte...-detector.html
That is, if you trust an app written by a developer who also wrote a spy app.

Wow... you would think by now that the OP would let this go. Point blank, if you have wiped your device, even totally reloaded the OS and have not activated it on a BES or plugged it in to a computer that has access to that BES while clicking OK when it asks you if you want to activate that device on the BES then IT'S NOT ACTIVATED ON A BES AND YOUR EMPLOYER WOULD HAVE NO WAY OF ACCESSING IT VIA ANY SORT OF BACK DOOR OR ANYTHING LIKE THAT. Why is that so hard to understand?

Dear OP,
Most of the posters in this section of the forum are BES Admins (including myself). Do you not trust us when we say that a wipe will kill all connections to the BES? I think we of all people would know.
You are way too paranoid and all your troubles are self inflicted. Maybe you should ditch your gadgets and try a new profession. One which does not involve technology. I think you will be much happier.

The way to get away from these guys was to get a land line.
You understand that wireless connectivity is networking via radio waves, right? Have you ever heard of a 'Radio'? A whole industry exists to protect people from malicious users. No offense bud but you're an amateur --

Nah - not yet. I got a land line phone + my ISP is all over this. Why should I back down now anyway? They're the ones who are conducting themselves in this manner and it needs to be resolved.
Government - thanks for protecting me. Search Engines - I'm playing on your field. Employers? Get the f*#k off my network.

It was not on the phone, it was hacking into the wireless network. I got a land line - case closed. I deal with people who were involved with calendar sharing on the Palm's back in the late 90's. Plenty has changed since then but the principles remain intact.

What if they hacked into the wireless network?
BES is fine but it is not the 'end all to be all' when it comes to wireless security. My ISP is all over this plus I got a land line heh heh...
Also, I'm not going anywhere as it is important to let people know that many employers DO monitor the private email accounts, blackberries, and personal computers without the employee's consent or knowledge; then make decisions based upon that information. The careers and lives of many many people have been detrimentally affected by this activity which is quite difficult to prove.
My question to you is this: If you found out your employer was accessing your blackberry without your knowledge or permission, what would you do?

It's their right to do so. There is no personal in PC. Courts have ruled time and time again the e-mail on a corporate network belongs to the corporation.
We won't allow personal BlackBerrys on the corporate network. The equipment belongs to the corporation, as does the network, as does the data.
Where are those black helicopters?

I highly doubt anyone hacked into any wireless network. I'm not believing any of it until actual proof is shown that it happened.
You are right that BES is not the end all be all in mobile security, but it is the most secure platform that exists on the market today.

@darkblueberry - It's a conspiracy, man! The truth that the Feds don't want you to know: they are using the wireless network to get into your brain, man. Then they plant their "ideas." But you're immune to their influences and therefore can see right through their lies. They are brainwashing everybody into believing that they don't hold that much wireless power. Lucky for us, we have you to see the truth.
I recommend you also ditch the landline 'cause they are wiretapping that too. See that harmless utility truck parked outside when you're in the basement you live in at your mom's house? They're watching you, man... better keep an eye on the skies for the black helicopters too. They're comin' for you, man! RUUUUNNNNN!!!!
