Anybody know of any carriers that offer pre-paid SIM cards with Blackberry data services in Brazil and Argentina?

I have a user who is traveling to Brazil and Argentina for 3 weeks, and would like to have a local number and Blackberry service. If anyone can point me in the direction of a carrier that offers this, it would be much appreciated. I'm hoping that the user will be able to use the same carrier/SIM in both Brazil & Argentina.

Simply adding a BB int'l data plan will not suffice, as the user wants/needs a local South American number.

No to both questions.

The same providers exist in both countries, but they are technically separate companies and you will need a new SIM card. Also, providers in both countries require contracts for BlackBerry service.
