Hi all,

I hope someone can help me with this problem I'm having with my hotmail.
I have noticed that when I am connected to Msn messenger I won't receive new emails on my Hotmail ( I do receive emails on my Tmobile mail though) As soon as I disconnect from my messenger and I refresh.. or wait for a while.. new emails will come in. I don't think this is normal.. so hopefully some of you guys have a solution for me

The T-Mobile service does allow email to be received while talking. Their web site does not indicate any restrictions on using a messenger program. Because you can receive emails from T-Mobile email address and this seems to be limited to Hotmail I would check options to see if there are any that could cause this. Nothing is on the Microsoft site to indicate any restrictions. Because Microsoft controls both they may hold email while text is active. I cannot find any mention of this issue on any support site. I do not think its a blackberry issue.
