Hi, I am not seeing messages sent to me from contacts in UK and Canada but getting from US and other places. I can individual chat with the people but in my Groups that the same people are in I am not seeing their messages. in the Members list says "Unreachable" They see my messages in the Group though. I have tried deleting them and re-inviting them, I have upgraded my OS to same as theirs.????? Any Advice???????

I would first ask that all users in the group update their BBM to the latest available version.

Sometimes, those who have restored their BBM contacts can find themselves booted from the room, yet for all intents and purposes, they are still in the group. The version of your OS has nothing to do with your BBM group, as I have several devices models and OS versions in some of my groups.

Have you tried starting a new group and adding your current members one by one?
