Sounds like you might have gotten someone who was a little confused over at Cingular. It happens.
Do this:
Go to your service books and delete them all except for Web Client [CMIME] and Provisioning [PROVISIONING]
Next go to your Host Routing Table and re register the top 3 entries by clicking the track wheel and selecting Register Now. After you register all 3 pull your battery and put it back in. That will resend all of your service books. Hopefully MMS Service book will show back up, it will be listed in your service book menu.
