BB Desktop software that won't uninstall completely
Please Login to Remove!
Hi. about a month ago my blackberry stopped communicating with my desktop. As instructed by multiple websites, i uninstalled, deleted all BB and RIM folders as well as BB and research in motion registry keys. I reinstalled the software and the device still won't communicate. I installed it on a laptop which is not mine, and it worked, so i know it's a software issue. is there some list of all the files and all the registry changes made so i can completely uninstall it? I even uninstalled my usb on my computer and reinstalled those, but it's still not working. i expect it's a hidden registry or hidden file of the preference sort that is preventing the communication. the usb powers it as the computer see it, the bb desktop manager just cannot communicate with it. please advise! thanks.
Thank you for the link. the other sites didn't have the atl.dll reregister. I did that restarted and reinstalled from the disc that came with the BB and still no success. It still says disconnected. Please advise. Thanks!
