Exclamation Settings for Messages List Options

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I'm the happy new BB user but I would like to be even more happy and I hope you can help me out with that.
I spent a lot of time trying to understand and to figure it out how to set up Msg Option so they work as follows: When I delete messages on the website from my mailboxes (including Trash) they are NOT deleted from my BB but when I delete messages on my BB there ARE deleted from the server (website mailboxes on my account). Believe me it got on my nerves and it still does NOT work as I wanted to. I read similar posts but none of them helped me out.
Please HELP.

I have the same issue nor have I found a solution. My work around is to turn off wireless reconciliation and just delete from the website manually.

This is the way I do it right now but it would be nice to have it done the way I described it. Maybe someone knows the way if there is one

Not sure about the BWC side, but to get them to delete on the server when you delete them on your handheld. Goto message options, then email reconciliation. Choose Delete On: Mailbox & Handheld. That should at least solve that problem.
