okay so i dowloaded the newest desktop manager, because my bb wouldnt let me view my pictures music videos anything. so i read some thread that said to download the new one. so i didn and when i got done, the desktop manager didnt show the media manager. so i deleted it and downloaded it again and it did the same thing??
any suggestions or help please??

There are two versions of the Desktop Manager-one with Media Manager and one without Media Manager. Make sure you are downloading the version that includes the Media Manager.
