I had to replace my 8700c with a new one. I upgraded the OS to the latest and now I find I can't edit the profiles. With my old one I used to select the left side convenience button to open the profile window, and one of the right buttons would open a menu, one of which would be "edit". Now, no matter what button I push, the profile window closes. I can select profiles, but I can't edit them.

what theme are you using?

when you hit convenience key scroll to advanced...(theme depended I believe)
then select profile to edit

^^^^ditto, at your list of Profiles, scroll DOWN one step from the last listed profile to ADVANCED.

That is mainly a difference between OS 4.1 and 4.2, I believe.
