Default BES initial setup

Please Login to Remove!

We have 1 Blackberry user and have just installed the BES software on our exchange 2003 server. We followed the lengthy installation notes about setting up rights and everything in the install appears to have gone well. In the server configuration the SRP Key and ID verification is working, also, the SQL database connection checks out ok. However, nothing seems to be getting to the blackberry. I really know nothing about the setup of this software so any advice would be appreicated.

P.S. Also getting the following event errors:
[SRP] Connection failed
SRPClient::Connect: Error calling host "localhost" [127.0.0.1] (10061)
[BIPPe] WARNING: Using default BIPP shared secret

Default ... ?

uh huh. So you're telling me that if I install this on another machine it will work without any issues, or is that just stock answer #4?
I'm skeptical, but I'll do it.
I have to say though, what a pain, our windows mobile devices setup in 10 minutes no archaic configurations required. Got to wonder how they stay in business with such a deficient product.

I've always wondered that myself.

Someone owes me a new laptop keyboard after reading that comment, (#3) I just spit hot coffee all over it and was laughing so hard that I about fell outa my wheelchair. I had people coming into my office wondering why I was laughing so hard.
