Ok yes I am new with my Blackberry one thing that I noticed is that even on the max volume for ringtone I can never hear it that well....dont get me wrong the vibrate feature is very good but is it my unit or are they all that quiet when it comes to ringtone loudness?

I've noticed that too, unfortunately its something you have to live with until a new unit comes out.

It's not you it's the BB could have to do with fact that tones on the BB are single channel midi.

Ok, thanks for the responses. I was starting to think it was my unit so you saved me the embarrassment of looking like a fool trying to return it because it was defective...hehe!
