i'm done downloading the plazmic.. it said, i can install the file anywhere..but when i try to put it in my desktop or folders, it will not save there.. it just refreshes..and thats all.. :/

This happens when the .exe file didn't download entirely aka the download timed out. The final downloaded file should be 199 MB. Try downloading the CDK again.
