T-Mobile UK, outage this afternoon

Haven't had anything via either BIS or BES for the past few hours.
BES can see the handheld (apparently), but no messages getting through. Tried battery pull with no effect, so I presume it's a NOC or carrier problem.
Anyone else seeing this?
