Not very easy, unfortunately. If you were on BES, no problem.
You can delete quickly on the Webclient...
Or you can erase every message out of your Blackberry (hit today's date and Delete Prior) and forward the e-mails in your laptop to your blackberry.
So that you don't lose the proper sending information, you can set up a rule in Outlook to automatically forward all e-mail to your blackberry, "turn rule on now" and let it perform the rule on everything in the inbox "now", and then turn the rule off again.
Outlook 2003.
Tools, Rules
New Rule
Start from blank rule
check messages when they arrive
hit next (no conditions), it will ask if you want to perform this on all mail, hit Ok.
check "redirect to people or distribution list"
hit the hyperlink for "people or distribution list"
input your blackberry address at the bottom
hit next
hit next (no exceptions)
hit Run this rule now on messages already in "inbox"
hit Finish
I think older versions of outlook, you'll use "forward" instead of "redirect" as "redirect isn't available.
Once it sends all the mail, turn the rule off again until your next "spring cleaning".
