Default activating phone on Unite

Please Login to Remove!

Hi there,

I recently decided to try BB UNITE on my ATT 8310 curve. I installed the software and tried to activate the BB by hooking it up via usb. The software said the BB was activated and installed the software on my BB.

Only problem is on the desktop software it shows there is no BB activated for my user name and obviously that means something went wrong.

Any ideas on how to address this problem?

Could it be that I am using AT&T as my carrier?

thanks,

Shawn

It isnt because of AT&T as I have 2 8310's with AT&T and use Unite!
