Update, the first come first serve is BS. I was the first one in the door and first one out the door without one. The salesperson, Luis, had called lastnight(Nov 20) advised they have received 10 phones and that it would be a first come first serve basis as I had asked if he could hold on. At that point, I was like ok, i'll see you in the morning.
Well, come to find out as I was the first person through the door, they had 0 for sale as 2 were on hold because there were appointments. So Luis went to talk to the manager and asked to see what they can do. What they could do is place an order and it will be shipped out tuesday, not saturday, not today, not monday, but tuesday, with an 50$ instant rebate. At that point I was getting pissed. So another guy behind me overheard all this and was told the same thing by the same sales rep. So he chimes in and the manager standing there like a deer in headlights, says, the only thing I can do to help is credit 50$ to your account.
At this point, I was ticked, so I just walked out and the manager tried to soften the dissappointment. Well, too late. I just got off the phone with customer service and advised them of this issue, which I then got another an CR center address to send to. Dont get me wrong, a mail will be sent about this issue as this is uncalled for for telling customers phones will be available as a first come first serve basis and have 2 on hold.
