I have a user reporting that his Blackberry device (model 7250, 4.0.0.204 OS, we are using a 4.0.2.8 BES), while he's on the phone, will sometimes cut him off and display the word "initializing" with an hour glass. After a few minutes, he is ok. I asked if it happens in the same place all the time and he says no. Is this a lost signal issue or something else perhaps.

upgrade OS. Sounds like something is not quite right.

there should be 4.0.2.x hh code from your carrier and 4.1 hh code should be out before the end of the year.

I had the Same Problem.

Then i started the Blackberry Desktop Manager, and had to reset the BB.
After that i have choosen the Program Loader, there it stocked on the "Waiting for sytemini"
So i had to reboot, but not only one time, many times (about 20-40) and after each boot, it proceeded a little more.
And one time it jumped to the next step.
