Default Weak Vibrate...

Please Login to Remove!

I have two BB BOLDS, both with ROGERS, I just noticed that one has a really weak Vibrate while the other one is really strong, is there anywhere in the settings that adjusts the vibrate? I'm coming from a Nokia N95 and those phones have great vibrate functions.

Thanks in Advance.

its extremely weak. I usually have to place it on my lap now while i watch TV instead of on the couch...and even then I usually hear it more than a feel it.

I wish vibrate had styles too like on the Moto's where you can select, dot dot, dot dash, or dash dash...allowing you to distinguish what kind of message you received.

Try upgrading the OS. If not, then I would call and get a replacement device, and hope that the new one has better hardware.

Well, checked out a couple of other Bolds that my buddies have and they both have the same strength as my weak one, I guess the Strong one that I just sold because of a stuck pixel is a rarity with the Bolds.

Bold's vibration is definitely weaker than other BBs. It's good enough for meeting rooms but not when you are out at a noisy public place. Then, again, in such place, I keep my profile to play my ringtone LOUD~
