I've tryed to send email from my blackberry address to my yahoo account and it shows it sent on my BB but I never recieve it. Also I tryed sending from yahoo account to the blackberry address and it never is recieved.

I reregistered with BIS, did battery pull and nothing seems to work.

Amybody have any ideas what might be the problem. I changed from a pearl to the bold on Nov4 and I don't think it has worked since. Thanks

Sounds like a plan. When I have went to the BIS website thru my phone it only gives me the option to create a new address. How do I get it to resend the service books. Thanks

Also you have to log into BIS and switch device - setup with your new PIN and IMEI
