Advice - Not receiving ALL if any emails :( O2 UK

Hi All
OK - so my Blackberry has been playing up the last week or so, but today its just ridiculous!
I am not receiving all of any of my emails to my Bold. I have spent time on the phone with O2 UK Blackberry Support, carrying out the usual tasks, even deleting all the service books and them re-sending etc - I then may get 1 email through, but then it completely stops??? I don't know what else to do?
Could it be due to the upgrade I did last week to .216? Does the O2 network not like .216???
Anyone else having problems or know of any??
P.S - I have also deleted the account, re-instated it - nothing :(
