Default Multiple Exchange accounts on single device

Please Login to Remove!

I am new to BES admin and want to know how to have 2 exchange email addresses on a single bb 8700g.

I have seen that that is not soemthing that can be done easily.

I tried adding it by logging into t-mobile.com and addding it like owa but it won't work.

IS it possible that the account is configured incorrectly at T-Mobile. In other words only configured for BES and won't allow BIS?

Only with different domains

you have to rename a service book to do so.
Search for it is here somewhere.

It certainly is over here (UK). Our carriers can (and do) specify which services the SIM can use and we have BIS switched off whenever we can. I find that some tariffs force certain combinations of settings (i.e. you may not be able to enable/disable something without switching tariffs) so checking with the carrier is a step worth taking before you spend too much time on it.

Hi,
Would you be able to share the process of setting up multiple exchange accounts with different domains on one device?

I have a corporate blackberry and I need to access emails on my blackberry of both my company as well as the customer that I work with.

Both of them are such that I cannot use OWA style access and necessarily need to access them through their respective BES.

While I can talk to the administrators of each of them to setup the accounts individually; before speaking to them I would like to understand if multiple accounts of this nature is even possible and if so what is the typical process involved.

I will very much appreciate your help in answering my query.

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Hari

Thanks!
