Is there any reason why I never had the icon show up on my Bold. I've had numerous OS, not sure if it make a difference but I have an unlocked Rogers that I'm using on AT&T. It sounds like I'm better off without it right now (at least until ATT begins supporting it on BB).

Visual Voicemail will be activated by a service book pushed out from the carrier. The reason why you haven't seen it is because AT&T isn't activating yet. They did for a short period of time, and people were able to try it out. But they have since removed it until it is fully supported.
