Question Applicaions for wifi

Please Login to Remove!

I was using myspace app the other night with my wifi on and my mobile network and I assumed it was using wifi but I just tried turning off the mobile network and tried using it and it didnt work?! I also tried google maps and the same happend, so what can I do? I really cant be using my data I get charged too much and cant get a data plan (dont ask) and I'm hoping maybe if I have the wifi and the mobile network on that it only needs a small part of the mobile network and uses mostly wifi? well in any case what apps actually work on wifi only or can be made to lock on with wifi?

Default Wifi Apps

The browser can be used on wifi only.
First go to your browser.
Second go to options.
Third go to General Properties.
Fourth change Default Browser to Hotspot Browser.

There is another wifi app called Skype.

Both Opera Mini browser and Palringo messenger have in their options a wifi tick box which if ticked means they wont cross over onto phone data even if your wifi drops out. There must be more which have this also.
