I tried a search but didn't find anything.

Does everyone's 8220 do nothing when the flip is closed? I'm used to the phone going back to the home screen when closing the phone, ie. like pressing the red/end button.

Is it supposed to stay on the same screen when you close the phone? Is there a way to customize this?

I dont think their is a way to change this, but its almost nice because the program/app is not really closed and allows mulit-tasking. so yes everyones does that AFAIK
