I purchased a blackberry second hand recently, and have been running into issues with content protection. I attempted to disable it, but it appears to be locked on this phone (red lock). Does anyone have any idea how I can turn this off? So far, a wipe and a software upgrade didn't do the trick.

One thing, the policy.bin file linked in the guide no longer works, but a google search for "policy.bin download" reveals another one that works just fine.
