I moved from South America to South Africa with my BB8300, it now does not accept my local SIM card. What to do?

You need to have your BlackBerry unlocked. Either contact the original carrier you bought the BB from, and ask them for the unlock code, or contact one of the sponsors here who can unlock your BlackBerry.

This thread should also be in a section other than "Site Suggestions".
