Note the third picture on this phone of the scratch on upper right corner. Also I have the case, but the clip is broken - of couse just about a week before I switched phones! It is still in the case as that is where it has always been kept. Other than this the phone is in great shape and has worked great for me. I just got a new phone and am selling this one. It was on a BES Server but has been wiped and ready to setup!
