For all of you Entourage users.

Make sure Sync Services is turned on in Entourage or it won't work.

I also exported all my contact data first from Entourage then deleted it before I did my 1st Sync just to avoid any duplicate entries.

I then made sure my address book (Mac Program) on my Mac was clear as well.

When I did my 1st Sync I made sure to select MERGE DATA. This took all of my data off my BB and perfectly placed it in my Entourage program.

ALSO MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU SYNC YOU DO A COMPLETE BACK-UP.

Hope this helps but I gotta say it worked flawlessly. Thank you RIM it was worth the wait.

Sorry for this lame question, but is there any way Mac OS 10.4.11 is going to work with DM for Mac?

Do you by any chance have the Beta version installed? I had no issues at all. This might be a conflict.

Doesn't seem to be any way to do a one-way sync. Kind of lame, forces you to trust RIM to have got it right. But I followed your suggestions for deleting all Entourage data first and it does seem to have worked flawlessly - what a world of change from PocketMac!

Sorry. But the rest of the world doesn't live on EST. It was afternoon when I wrote.

I hesitate to say "me too" but that's just what I got too.

Then again, I'd tried the beta (which didn't synch my stuff correctly). Killed everything using the uninstall process and tried again.

Now I just get "an error occurred" with not further explanation.

Brilliant observation. However, it's doubtful that RIM operates in your time zone.

Do you have any other sync programs or the Beta installed?

OK so I got all my information off my blackberry and the Sync two way worked great for my calender BUT when I added a contact in Entourage and hit Sync it did not add the new contact to my BB.

Seems like the 2 way syncing is not working for contacts but it is working for the calender.

Anyone else have this problem?

Actually upon further testing it seems it won't sync groups only single contacts.

Any ideas?
